Membership Terms and Conditions
Registration and Eligibility
Membership at Oasis Recreation Hub is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Members under 16 must have a parent or guardian sign up on their behalf and adhere to specific age-appropriate facility guidelines. Proper identification is required for all new registrations.
Payment and Billing Cycles
Membership fees are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as per your chosen plan. All payments are processed automatically via Ez-Link or recurring credit card deduction. We require a 30-day notice for any membership cancellations or changes to avoid auto-renewal charges. Overdue payments may incur late fees.
Suspension and Termination
Oasis Recreation Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for non-compliance with these terms, including outstanding payments, disruptive behavior, or violation of facility rules. A formal written notice will be provided, and an appeal process is available.
Guest Access Privileges
Members are welcome to bring guests, subject to guest pass availability and applicable fees. All guests must register at the front desk, provide valid identification, and adhere to all facility rules and the Member Code of Conduct during their visit. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct.
Membership Card Usage
Your membership card or digital pass is essential for gaining access to all facilities. It is non-transferable and must be presented upon entry. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the front desk to prevent unauthorized use, and a replacement fee may apply.
Facility Booking Policies
Advance booking is required for certain facilities, including sports courts and yoga studios. Bookings can be made via our online portal or mobile app. Please cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance to avoid no-show penalties. Priority booking tiers may apply for certain membership levels.
Facility Rules and Safety Guidelines
Equipment Usage Guidelines
Utilize all fitness equipment as instructed, wipe down after use, and report any malfunctions immediately to staff. Proper footwear is mandatory in all exercise areas. Children under 12 are not permitted in the main fitness gym.
Pool & Aquatic Area Rules
Always shower before entering the pool. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. Diving is permitted only in designated deep ends. Follow lifeguard instructions for your safety.
Sports Court Etiquette
Courts must be booked in advance. Please vacate courts promptly at the end of your session. Only non-marking shoes are allowed. Respect other players and share court time fairly during peak hours.
Children's Play Zone
This zone is designed for children aged 3-9. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. No food or drinks permitted inside the play structures. Ensure children play safely and respectfully with others.

Liability, Insurance, and Risk Acknowledgment
Participation in recreational activities at Oasis Recreation Hub involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, members and guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity and recreational use. It is strongly recommended that all members consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- Personal Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Please be mindful of your physical limits and surroundings.
- Insurance Clarification: Oasis Recreation Hub does not provide personal accident insurance coverage for members or guests. We strongly advise all individuals to secure their own adequate health and accident insurance before engaging in activities.
- Injury Reporting: Any injury, no matter how minor, must be reported to the Oasis Recreation Hub staff immediately. Our team is trained to assist with first aid and emergency protocols.
- Property and Belongings: Oasis Recreation Hub is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We encourage members to utilize lockers and refrain from bringing valuables to the premises.
Member Code of Conduct and Community Standards
Oasis Recreation Hub is a place of community, respect, and mutual enjoyment. Our Code of Conduct ensures that every member and guest contributes positively to this environment. We expect all individuals to uphold the highest standards of respectful behavior, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone in Singapore.
- Respect for Others: Treat all staff, members, and guests with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Appropriate Attire: Dress appropriately for different areas of the facility. Proper athletic wear and covered shoes are required in fitness areas. Swimwear must be worn in aquatic zones.
- Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels in all areas, especially in studios, wellness zones, and around the cafe. Use personal headphones when listening to music.
- Cleanliness: Help us maintain a pristine environment by disposing of trash properly, wiping down equipment, and respecting facility cleanliness standards.
- Compliance: Always follow instructions from Oasis Recreation Hub staff. Failure to comply with safety guidelines or behavioral standards may result in disciplinary action, including membership suspension or termination.
